Yes, but only if you are getting 10+ licenses and pay for at least a year upfront.
What is your refund policy?
Our simple refund policy is - we'll do what is fair. We make Padlet to make you happy, not to rip you off. For example:
- If you signed up for Padlet Briefcase the last month and are not happy with it, we'll give you a full refund.
- If you were just charged for your next month/year of Padlet Briefcase and you meant to cancel, we'll refund you the new charge.
- If you forgot to cancel a couple of months ago and you haven't used Padlet since, we'll give you a refund for the back months, no problem.
- If you pay for the annual plan and want to cancel it 6 months in, we will treat your last 6 months as being on month-to-month plan and refund you the difference.
If your situation is not as clear-cut as above, we are happy to work with you to find a solution that is fair.
I have a lot of data in my vanilla padlet account. Can I transfer that to my Padlet Briefcase account?
Of course. Upon signup, one of the first things you'll see is an option to import your data from your vanilla padlet account. This includes all your padlets, posts, and even other accounts you have collaborated with. You can either import everything, or pick piecewise.
If I don't like Padlet Briefcase after 30 days, can I put the content I created into my vanilla padlet account?
Yes you can. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I cancel my account?
Just email us at email@example.com. We'll cancel your account in less than 24 hours.
